What we do and how we do it

Asatoma delivers leadership and professional development training specifically for women, either in person or virtual programmes. We also offer executive coaching and mentoring for female leaders.

We explore the underlying paradigm that is often an unconscious blocker to higher performance. We build the collaborative influence skills needed to lead successfully in a professional environment.

In our leadership development training, we go beyond the technical skills of managing, and focus on cultivating empathy, responsiveness, and leveraging the team’s collective strengths.

We dive into the individual psychology of each leader and explore the changes necessary to unleash their full potential. This results in a personal transformation and a positive cultural shift for the team.
